Dark Music, Midnight Castle Theme - [Midnight Etude No. 1]

Inspired by Satie's Gymnopédie: A New Piano Masterpiece [Midnight Etude No. 1]

This song was composed around midnight while I was listening to Erik Satie - Trois Gymnopedies

Inspired by his beautiful works I decided to try to compose something and Midnight Etude No. 1 was born

The first part written in 3/4 brings a feeling of mystery with Cello providing the bass line and the piano providing the melody in a few notes but with a deep feeling.

The second part, written in 4/4, has a crescendo and an increase in speed, highlighting the tension of loneliness and preparing the listener towards the final part.

the last part we have a variation of the main theme established in the first part and the addition of some elements.
