Odd time signature drum beats can be a scary concept for any drummer, no matter your level of experience.
This video provides you with a simple groove for each of the odd time signatures so you're prepared for any situation where they come up.
As with all drum patterns, there are many many variations upon these grooves that you could play.
I've written out what I would consider the simplest way to play a beat for each time signature.
Change the playback speed for a practice along at a slower or faster tempo.

1:10 7/4 time
1:35 7/4 time - swung
