People often don't understand the method of performing Beth Kar Namaz, and Dr. Israr Ahmad (may Allah be pleased with him) sheds light on this issue in his Bayanat. The most important part of Islamic worship is Rukun. If one cannot perform Namaz for some reason, then it is also valid to perform Namaz while sitting as per the Quran and Sunnah, but its true method and etiquette are essential.

When one performs Namaz while sitting, Wudu should be performed in the correct manner first. Then one should pray facing the Qibla. The postures and postures should be kept as per the Sunnah as possible: the head, neck and body should be facing the Qibla, and Rukun and Sajdah should be imitated as much as possible. This practice leads to acceptance and spiritual peace in the presence of Allah, and gives a person a sense of security and commitment in their worship.
