Roll Forming Roofing Machine SS4E / SS4E-15 is one of the most portable on market for 1.5" double lock standing seam. SS4E / SS4E-15 is made for roll forming of the coiled metal or metal sheets into standing seam roofing panels with mechanical double lock with 1" or 1.5" seam height. Including clip relief, decorative beads or striated center of the panel. It automatically stops when complete panel reaches the limit switch and feeds the material for next panel after manual slitting. With the standard set machine comes with entrance end slitter, wired limit switch for the length control, set of forming rollers, wireless hand-held remote control and 10' run out stand to support complete panels. You can run this machine with standard residential 110v power or off of a portable generator 5000w or more. Optionally you can add an exit shear, and/or an electric motor on it with touch screen for automated length and batch control. Adding the reverse rollers gives you an option to put single stand decoiler on top of the machine and feed the coil from the top. Heavy duty tarpaulin cover will protect the machine while driving on the job site and storing mounted on the trailer.

SS4E / SS4E-15 designed to form various roofing panels out of metal coils or via sheet feeding. Depending on tooling rollers and customers specifications can be made to run aluminum 0.019 - 0.032". PPGI and GI in range of 29-24 Gauge, Copper 16-20 oz.
