A powerful Christian drama that explores love, prophecy, choice, and the danger of interpreting God’s word through personal desire.

Lauricia turns down a sincere proposal, afraid of marriage and shaped by the failures she has seen in other people’s relationships. Her sister-in-law, Miriam, shares her own painful story, a story that becomes the heart of this film.

Years earlier, Miriam received a prophecy that she would marry a wealthy man. When Roland, a rich and influential man, entered her life, she assumed he was the answer to God’s promise. Ignoring warning signs, counsel, and prayer, Miriam chose what looked right instead of what was truly right.
Paul, a humble and struggling man with a promising future, was the one God had chosen, but he did not look like the prophecy at the time. Blinded by wealth and appearances, Miriam rejected God’s direction, leading her into deception, abuse, betrayal, and a near-death experience.

Definite Direction is a sobering reminder that:
1. Not everything that looks like God’s will is God’s will
2. Prophecy must be understood by God’s meaning, not personal interpretation
