Didn't play this last year, so I got the Definitive version of the game this year around. It's fun, and it actually tries to be a combination of Metroidvania and Megaman games. My only main gripe is the levelling system - you actually do need to grind, otherwise you'll be outmatched in terms of numbers to the enemies. I also don't like the difficulty spikes that the game has, which could've been removed by including multiple difficulty settings. It's definitively a lower-budget game, but the gameplay's pretty fun and I did enjoy the platforming.
