Blugubrious – Still Loving You / Scorpions (Cover)

Ok, some ‘splaining to do. This is indeed dedicated to my wife. Celebrating our 30th Anniversary this week. BUT!!!! The song is a breakup song and we are not (never, ever, ever, ever....) breaking up.

Like a few other tunes on the channel (Crazy Train, Tiger Eyes... which is Eye of the Tiger..., Simple Man), I did not intend to be a ‘real’ cover. They started out as almost jokes, but then something happened and they became important. My wife had heard a friend and I being silly doing a version of this. She is too sweet and said she really liked it... I tried to convince her we were just doing a gag, but she said she still dug it. So, I sneaked this cover together for her a few years back.

Don’t accuse me here of trying to be faithful to the Scorpions, but never accuse me of being unfaithful to my awesome wife! We are just getting the hang of this marriage thing!
