In this guide, we are going to learn about Voltage dividers in a practical and approachable sense for makers*. We will be working through an example of *monitoring a LiPo battery voltage with a microcontroller*, and we will work through the Voltage divider diagram and *equation*, as well as simulating it in *Falstad - a math-free way of calculating the needed resistors*. We will also go through wiring up the divider, as well as some *helpful code for our Pico microcontroller to read the input voltage of the divider.
