In today's video, Dr. Janjua performs an upper and lower blepharoplasty on his beautiful patient.

For the lower blepharoplasty, Dr. J performs the transconjunctival approach which allows him to remove fat from the lower eyelid from inside the eyelid. This will give her a smoother look without giving her any scars.

Right after surgery, Dr. J does a resurfx laser session on her lower eyelids to tighten the skin.
