1991 MR2 Turbo Idle Issue

Timing set to 10 btc, new plugs, cap, rotor, no vacuum leaks, fresh rebuild. Car ran fine for about 1,000 miles then I noticed some oil leaks and it's been sitting for about a month while I fixed them. Now I can't drive the car at all, does not idle and if you try and give it any gas when driving it misfires and refuses to accelerate. Feels like driving on 1 cylinder. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated
