Major Prajakta Desai is a retired Indian Army Officer. She served as an Air Traffic Controller in the Army Aviation Corps for 11 years before retiring as a Short Service Commissioned Officer. She became the First Women Officer of the Indian Army to be qualified as an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle Observer Pilot in 2019. She has also served in all sectors of the country. After a successful career in the Armed Forces, she joined Amazon as a Manager in Operations continuing her passion for work.
