CENTERTOWN IS UNDER SIEGE! A once vibrant, thriving community where even the weakest felt safe to walk alone at night, it has become a dilapidated shell of its former self since becoming overrun by crime boss Micky Lyra and his ruthless organized crime syndicate, dubbed by the citizens as "The Centertown Cancer".

Law enforcement, headed by the once respectable Christine H. Lotus is now on the syndicate's payroll to merely look the other way when even the most atrocious of crimes are committed.
Now, even in broad daylight, there is nowhere the citizens of Centertown feel safe. Those who dare defend themselves against the syndicate are arrested under bogus charges and falsely imprisoned...and Jessica Justice has had enough of it!

Born with reflexes and speed bordering on superhuman, her father, already an accomplished martial artist, began training her as soon as she could walk. She advanced at a rate heretofore unseen, surpassing even her father's knowledge and abilities by the age of 10.
It was around this time the syndicate started its takeover. By the time Jessica was 18, the town was in ruins, but she felt helpless to do anything about it.

Despite her abilities, she never bragged about them or showed off. To most people she passed she was just an average, unassuming 5-foot woman...though "average" may be an understatement, as her long, flowing red hair and attractive facial features definitely got her noticed.
When she was 20 she got noticed by the wrong element. A group of 5 men, making the mistake of thinking her small stature made her easy prey, began to follow her. She couldn't shake them. Though at this point she had never been in an actual fight, she felt pretty confident that if given no other choice, she could take down at least a couple of them and make a getaway.

She lured them down a side ally and waited for them to begin their assault (not that it would matter to the now completely corrupted police force who attacked first.) Her already extraordinary reflexes had grown to a level bordering on precognition. She somehow knew what each attacker was going to do before they did it, and in less than 10 seconds, they were all in agony regretting their decision to target this petite young woman, who just happened to know exactly where to hit to cause the maximum amount of pain with the minimum amount of exertion, though if she had to she could have easily outlasted them in the cardio department.

She was an exemplary student in every subject, including anatomy. Her exceptional knowledge of how the human body is put together also meant she knew how to efficiently decimate any threat.
This was the event that set Jessica on a path of vigilante justice. She combined her first and last names in a reverse contraction and dubbed herself: "Justica". She started small, saving people from muggings and other physical assaults.

She mastered the art of stealth. Coming out of nowhere, neutralizing the threat, and disappearing before the assailants knew what hit them.

As she quickly gained confidence, she began attacking members of the syndicate and leaving a calling card to let Micky Lyra know that she was coming for him, to which he responded by putting a hit on her. The Centertown "police" posted a reward for her capture.
Justica has plans to expose C.H. Lotus for her role in the siege of the city, but first, she has to face the syndicate and crime boss Mickey Lyra...and it's going down tonight!
