The Forgotten Japanese Racing Genre

With the release of the Dreamcast in 1998 Sega needed a lot of launch titles for it's new console, and in this bunch of titles there was a studio called Genki who have made a racing game focused on the 90's illegal street racing scene in Japan called Tokyo Xtreme Racer!
