ST has always interested me, I feel this quest is solvable but in a different manner than other quests are presented. As some have said with an 'Open mind' you will solve the secret. These liquids in serpentine tower caught my eye so I decided to play around with them and found this out. I remember seeing a book about them having to abandon their 'research project' on spells that were being performed in the serpentine tower. Maybe this is like cleaning up the mess or something i dunno? Any help would be appreciate.
