Step-by-Step Guide
1. Preparation
First, clean your sliding glass door thoroughly using a lint-free cloth and isopropyl alcohol. Ensure that the surface is free from any dust, debris, or grease for maximum adhesion.

2. Cutting and Applying the Film
Measure your sliding glass door and cut the Security Window Film to the exact size using a glass cutter and a straight edge. Apply the film to the glass door as instructed by the manufacturer's guidelines.

3. Applying Dow Corning 995
Load your caulking gun with Dow Corning 995 Silicone. Apply the silicone in a continuous bead around the perimeter of the window film where it meets the frame. Remember, the goal is to create a continuous bond between the film, the glass, and the window frame.

4. Spreading the Silicone
After applying the silicone, use a silicone spreader or a finger (with a rubber glove on) to smooth and press the silicone into the edge of the film. Ensure that the silicone is covering the edge of the film entirely and sealing it to the frame.

5. Drying Time
