I've thought about doing this Truth in Shredding track for about a month or so, but around 5AM August 30th (the last day of the contest) I thought, what the hell... If it wasn't for the last minute, nothing would get done. I had to clean up a spot in my house, get my old Fuji Fine Pix to work as a web cam - download & install drivers - dig out a halogen lamp bright enough for the camera to see. In all I spent two hours setting up to do this, a few quick takes on guitar, then another hour editing & rendering video. So the truth it is... raw SG straight into a Fender Champ, no rehearsal, just go. And in B flat!! What a pain! lol.... a bit sloppy, but that's rock n' roll. Anyway, it was a challenge on many levels, I enjoyed it. I hope you do too. Watch more guitar videos here...
