Tapasya episode 52 - Evolution of SDN Octet - Sridevi Nrithyalaya - Bharathanatyam - Dance

Tapasya episode 52 :

This episode of Tapasya reveals how once pampered, little girls, have grown up into hardworking young ladies forming a delightful ensemble-SDN Octet. They came into SDN while they were in nursery school; they started their training together in SDN, learnt together, grew up together, developing a strong binding; their unwavering togetherness through time gives them strength and motivation; and unitedly they grow, nourishing each other.

As always, this group too had many students come in and go but these 8 were fortunate to stay throughout, learning, practising and exploring the divine art to become acclaimed representatives of Sridevi Nrithyalaya.

Tapasya - the training sessions, is a series of videos that will be published on a monthly basis (as episodes) on the last day of every month.

The students featuring in Tapasya series have about 6-8 classes every month. Each episode of Tapasya is a cumulative overview of what is taught to them during the course of the month.

Along with the training sessions of the children, Tapasya also holds inputs on teaching techniques from Smt. Sheela Unnikrishnan and useful tips from the regular performers of Sridevi Nrithyalaya.
