Raw peanuts are very versatile as you can eat them raw or roast them.
Since raw peanuts are unprocessed they will need to be stored in the frig for short term storage or put in freezer bags and put in the freezer for longer storage. The key to super salty flavored peanuts is shelling them, rolling the shelled peanuts around in a bowl with sea salt and moist fingers make the salt stick to your fingers as you eat the peanuts. Delicious!!!
