Mine Walk Tamar Consols/ Gawton Copper Arsenic Flue Process Tramways & Reservoirs EP8

Описание к видео Mine Walk Tamar Consols/ Gawton Copper Arsenic Flue Process Tramways & Reservoirs EP8

The opening ruins form part of the Tamar Consols, a series of mines on the Devon side of the Tamar. The leaning chimney stack of Gawton Copper Mine failed to feature on my last visit to Gawton so appears here along with an extended look along the Arsenic fume flue and an attempt to explain the Arsenic process. Vaguely mine related is the Hydro Power which takes diverted water from the disused Tavistock Canal which was built to move large amounts of copper between Morwellham and Tavistock.
