Shelby's lawsuit means Freedom for Eleanor Owners!

Since October 24th 2004 you may have found yourself in legal jeopardy if you owned, built, bought, or sold an Eleanor Gone is 60 seconds Shelby. Owners have been contacted simply for the paint scheme regardless of the year of manufacture. Those shenanigans are now officially over. Countless people have been raked across the legal coals because of the claims of Denice Halicki. Because a the Shelby Trust's lawsuit a court has taken the time to meticulously look into her and her legal team’s claims and after review the original films have those found those claims to be baseless. I would like to see B is for Builds get their car back. That would be a nice ending to this story.
