Pasighat is the oldest town of Arunachal Pradesh which is almost 35km away from Jonai where Murkong Selek Railway station is. Day's where gone when people from other states reached Pasighat only by means of Road but now with advancement of development people of other states can reached Pasighat bya Train and Flight but one thing is that ,that person much have Inner Line Permit which is issues by government agencies. Inner Line Permit is an official travel document issued by the government of India to allow inward travel of an Indian citizen into protected area for a limited period.
