The Smokin' Cigar x CSWC Finals | August 2024 Event

On Thursday August 8th, 2024, we held the first official Canadian CSWC Qualifying competition.

The Cigar Smoking World Championship (CSWC) was first introduced in Croatia more than 10yrs ago. Our friend Ivan Lukaroski who took part in the competition a year ago in Macedonia asked us to host the first qualifier.

Over 30 guests and 9 competitors took part.

Times ranged from 20mins to over one hour as guests took on the challenge with the Rocky Patel CSWC Mareva. 💨

The winner was Konstantin S. with a winning time of one hour and 5 minutes. 🏆

Prizes were generously donated from CSWC International, Rocky Patel Cigars, Boveda , Les Fines Lames, Cuervo y Sobrinos, Kretek Canada, Masala and Cigar Journal.

Everyone tried some Masala Whisky from @masalaspirits and appetizers from our chef Andy Elder @grill_time

We wish to thank everyone who participated and look forward to other Tobacconists across Canada hosting an event next year.
