The $14 million dollar mansion is located at 217 White Pine Canyon Road in Park City, Utah. The mansion is set on 4.5 acres of prestigious ski-in and ski-out slope side terrain. The home is located just minutes away from the nearest gondola which brings you to the top of the hill. I think if you’re going to live in a ski town having the ability to take a step of your front porch and be on the slopes is essential.

But don’t think the $14 million dollar price tag is where the cost of ownership ends. The home is newly built as of 2019 and has a tax assessment value at roughly $14 million dollars making the annual property taxes in the ball park of $64,000 per year on top of an estimated $60,000 per year in home owners insurance. As well the home has an HOA fee of roughly $1,250 per month, adding up to $15,000 per year. As well if you opt for a 30 year fixed mortgage on the home we can estimate you’ll be paying about $52,000 per month in mortgage payments or about $624,000 per year. So adding up all your bottom line costs of owning your own hill side mansion, we can estimate you’ll be paying roughly $815,000 per year for a slope side home where there isn’t snow year round.
