Hello everyone,

Today I will show you how I prep for Ramadan. Chutneys and sauces are essential part of Iftar. I usually make them at home and store it.

Recipes I am sharing today:

1) Green chutney ( Hot )
Bunch of fresh Mint and coriander
Green chillies
Button chillies
Cumin
Salt
Sugar
Ketchup

Blend mint, coriander, chillies and then add salt, sugar and ketchup. Enjoy hot sauce

2) Imli and Khujoor ki chutney ( Tangy / Mild)
( Tamarind and dates )

Soft dates
Tamarind pulp
Sugar
Salt
Chilli powder
Crushed pepper
Ginger powder

Boil, deseed and blend tamarind and dates. Cook on slow heat, Add sugar, salt, peppers ginger powder. Voila!!

3) Sweet chilli sauce ( Sweet )
( Chilli garlic) better than store bought

Sugar
Garlic chopped
Ketchup
Cornflour

Boil sugar and water (1 cup each) add crushed garlic, salt, sugar. Then add some corn flour diluted in water.
Ta Dah!!
