Today we are going to be trying to fix a 6 acre field full of ruts. We will be cultivating the field with a vintage John Deere 855 tractor and a 5ft King Kutter rototiller. This combination made the field loose the ruts that have pleged it since i have owned the property. While mowing this field the ruts in the field would beat the machine and operater up. So we are going to try to fix it with the rototiller and a compactor roller. we are hoping that this field restoration will work and may come up with more ways to fix a field using vintage faming equipement.
