Rob Golfi was born and raised in Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada. Prior to real estate, Rob’s entrepreneurial spirit ignited with numerous businesses such as a beauty supply company, direct mail, landscaping, importing/exporting, and real estate investing. Real estate stood out as his passion since the day he purchased his first investment property at the age of 20. In 1997, Rob Golfi made the decision to become a realtor - creating The Golfi Team. Today, The Golfi Real Estate Team consists of more than 30 Sales Representatives, 6 administrative staff and marketing support staff.

Rob considers his team one of his top priorities, creating an environment rich in culture, recognition, and personal development. A true family man at heart, Rob enjoys the opportunity to work along side his three sons and daughter every day.

A combination of determination, drive, and great leadership allowed Rob and his Real Estate team to complete more than 700 transactions, equaling 365 million dollars in volume and more than 8 million dollars in commissions generated in 2019. As a result, in 2019 the Golfi Team ranked #1 in his area, #2 in Canada, and #5 in the World for RE/MAX- a network of more than 130,000 agents and 8,500 offices. His next goal is to achieve more than 1000 transactions and over a half billion in volume in 2020.

Rob’s success in Real Estate has also given him the opportunity to give back to the communities he serves, supporting local food backs, youth sports teams, and more. As a keynote speaker, Rob’s humble and driven personality has helped to inspire local high school and college students to enter the world of entrepreneurship.
