What are COACHING PLAY-ALONG VIDEOS?
Have you ever read a page of a book and ended up realizing you don't know what you read? That happens because while we are reading, our mind is thinking about something else. Most of us are doing exactly the same thing when practicing drums: executing body motions without being focused on what we're doing. The result is that we end up improving very little or not improving at all at the end of each practice session, no matter if we did 30 minutes or 6 hours.
For this reason I have created the Coaching Play-Along videos, which are complete workouts that you can follow, in which you will also have vocal reminders of where to put the concentration while you're doing the exercises. Many times, while we practice, we ask ourselves if we're doing the right things, in this way it will feel like you have a coach in the room following your practice sessions step by step . This will substantially improve your practice productivity, allowing your brain and concentration to be present the whole time and not just letting your body constantly repeating motions without improving it self.
