March 12, 2015 - Photo Shoot and Videos with the OC Register II (A Reflection)

Filmed the bulk of this on March 12, 2021. In this video, I am reflecting on what happened 6 years to the day prior with a photojournalist from the Orange County Register. I mention this day on page 112 of my book, "Juggling the Issues: Living with Asperger's Syndrome," chapter 15, titled, "My Story in the OC Register."

Here's the backstory:
On Jan. 24, 2015, I juggled and played piano for the HALO Benefit and that's where it all began. I met a dedicated OC Orange County Register photographer and after 11 months of filming/interviewing/photographing, the big article came out in the paper and online with a YouTube video on December 9, 2015.

If you have Autism, don't allow this label to knock you down to the ground. I never allowed Asperger's to have such a prerogative and here I am today (and will be in the future). If I can stick to this life and have hope that I have a purpose, you can too! I never allowed my Autism to have the prerogative to slow me down, insofar of getting my first book published last year at age 23 and an Associate's in Chemistry.

I will not stop doing what I'm passionate of doing, and that is to give back and make sure that Every person - including Every child - in this country and in this world feel belonging, accepted, and acknowledge that they have a purpose in this life and a reason to live!
