Carson Compares Gun Control, Nazi Germany

Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson likened some attempts at gun control measures to measures that he says Nazi Germany took to disarm the public prior to the Holocaust.
During a Q&A at the National Press Club, Friday, Republican presidential candidate Ben Carson clarified a statement that he made on Thursday.
"Basically what I said is that when tyranny occurs around the world, they try to disarm the people first," Carson told an audience at the National Press Club in Washington on Friday.
At the same event, Carson gave a wide-ranging speech that touched on many of the candidates domestic and foreign policy views.
Of the conflict in Syria, Carson argued that the U.S. should take action to prevent Russia from bombing groups that are enemies of President Bashar al-Assad.
