11:38 1) I’ve bought silicone grease from you and another retailer, but they’re very different. Goulet Pens’ is a thick gel, the other is thin and liquidy. Are there different types for different uses, or is one possibly defective?
15:19 2) Oblique nibs: Is Left Foot the common one, slanted down to the left when viewed while writing, and Right Foot the opposite? Some retailers weren’t clear, so I couldn’t tell which to buy.
