Recipe:

-Preheat oven to 400F

-Oil pans (tallow, avocado oil, lard) & heat them in oven till hot

-Take pans out & place bones on the pan

-Cook bones for about 15 min until lightly browned

-Take bones out & coat with tomato paste, place back in oven until thoroughly browned

- Once cooked, place bones in a roaster oven/large pot, fill with water until over bones

- Add black peppercorns, bay leaves, apple cider vinegar (a few splashes)

-Bring to a boil over high heat, then turn down to a simmer

- Simmer for about 10 hours or until meat easily falls off the bones

- Go through the bones w/ your hands & separate any tendons, bone shards or blood clots

- Sautee onions & garlic, then puree

- Mix pureed onions & garlic into the meat, add salt, apple cider vinegar, mustard, BBQ sauce, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, liquid smoke, pepper, butter; all to taste (not all these ingredients are necessary, use what you like)

- You now have tasty hash! Add broth if you like it more liquid hash to eat over rice. Its good dry over sandwiches.
