Zombie Motorsports barn find purchased and completed in 2017. 1966 GTO stored for over 20 years in a pole barn in Minnesota. Non-running, rough condition with lots of surface rust but not rotted out and pretty complete. It came with PHS documents, emblems, trim, bezels, lights, radio and more.
We went through cooling, fuel and other systems to get running and driving again. Next we reconditioned the body to help preserve it and applied a satin black paint leaving the patina on the hood. Next we added a red pin stripe and installed the trim and lights. This was a tough but fun project that we completed in a couple of months. Our goal from the start was to drive it to the 2017 Woodward Dream Cruise and we did it! It's no longer in our collection but we were able to put this together with old photo's and videos..
