Fenugreek seeds 1 tsp
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves 12 - 15 pcs
Onion slices 2 medium
Ginger and garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato puree 2 medium
coriander powder 3 tsp
turmeric powder 1 tsp
red chilli powder 2½ tsp
fennel powder ½ tsp
cumin powder 1 tsp
Green chillies 6-7 pcs
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Chopped coriander
salt to taste
