Another easy tutorial on how to make tempeh. Split chickpeas (chana dal) and green lentils tempeh was easy, only took me 8 minutes to cook and less than 3 hours of soaking the beans. No dehulling was needed. According to Google, chana dal is split chickpeas! Even better 👍🏼

PLEASE NOTE: after spreading the beans on double tea towels, dry with the help of an electric fan to speed up the drying process until there is no more surface moisture on the beans.
