The Struggle is Real: Teaser on the Cadillac | Online Pilates Classes

Many people feel that the #PilatesTeaser is out of their wheelhouse. Often, complaints of tailbones, lower back issues, or over-active quads and hip flexors are the reason they cannot do the Teaser. And, some of those things may be true. However, I feel that we often try to make our bodies "look" like the ideal Teaser instead of connecting to our own muscles and finding our own version of the Teaser. From this tutorial, I hope you can find a place to start and then layer the levels of Teaser into your practice as you are ready. #PilatesCadillac
