3 Ways to Get Into Disneyland Before it Opens?! Staying at Grand Californian Hotel | Holidays Ending

Three ways to get into Disneyland or DCA before it opens:
1. Early Magic Hours staying at a Disney Hotel.
2. Yoga in DCA through the Tenaya Stone Spa at the Grand Californian Hotel (do not need to be a hotel guest).
3. Power Walking Workout in DCA through the Tenaya Stone Spa at the Grand Californian Hotel (do not need to be a hotel guest).

This was my last trip to Disneyland before Christmas. I got up very early to get to the Grand Californian Hotel in time to do the Adventure Power Walk at 6:15am, it was awesome to see the park way before it opened, and before it was filled with any guests. There were delivery trucks and many different maintenance, food service, landscaping etc. workers getting the park ready before it opened.

After the power walking workout, I went into DCA for early magic hours to ride some rides before the park was open for everyone else. I stayed at the Grand Californian Hotel in the DVC section that night, so I had access to early magic hours both days of my stay. I spent a good amount of time in the hot tub/ pool, then I went back into DCA to watch Phat Cat Swinger.

My hotel room at the GCH had the best view ever! It overlooked California Adventure above Goofy's Sky School and the Mickey Wheel/Incredicoaster. I got the Loaded Nachos from Craftsman Grill and enjoyed those before watching World Of Color from the comfort of my own balcony! The TV does have a channel to play the World of Color music with the show, but you can't really hear the music in my video that much because I didn't want the bugs flying into my room, so I had the balcony door shut.

I did the Redwood Creek Yoga class the next morning, and it started at 6am. It was a great class, I highly recommend it if you are an early bird like me! I did early magic hours at Disneyland and was able to be the first one to ride Storybook Land Canal so I was able to sign the guest book for the day! I also rode It's a Small World Holiday, the teacups, and Big Thunder Mountain Railroad. I talked about and showed my lunch from the previous day, I had the Hot Dog of the Month at Craftsman Bar which was a Steamboat Chili Dog. I also showed the breakfast I had at Craftsman Grill and the Almond Croissant I picked up from the lobby of the GCH.
