Rachel Reeves has announced the first Labour budget in 14 years - and it's made the wealthiest in society very angry, says Andrew Marr.

Marr joins Hannah Barnes and George Eaton on the New Statesman podcast to analyse the 2024 Labour budget.

Rachel Reeves has raised employers' National Insurance Contributions, changed Capital Gains and Inheritance Tax rules and increased Stamp Duty: all measures which she says will impact the wealthiest in society the most.
