Looping Rain Animation - Clip Studio Paint Tutorial

Let's make it rain! In this tutorial, I'll show you how to make a seamless rain pattern, and how to animate it into a repeating loop. You can set your rain at an angle or even perspective. It's easy and the result looks really nice!
