I’m Dr. Tanner Christensen, and I practice in Ottawa, Kansas, a smaller, blue-collar community. I run a mostly cash-based practice that offers soft tissue work, adjustments, spinal decompression, shockwave, and more. When I started with Chiro Jump, I was a solo doc preparing to bring on an associate. I wanted to increase new patients to support the growth without losing my own volume.

Before working with you, I had a strong practice with good systems, but I wanted to reach the next level—where I could work less, earn more, and have time to pursue other interests. Bringing on another doctor meant I needed consistent new patient flow to ensure he wasn’t sitting idle. I structured his pay as percentage-based to motivate growth, but I wanted marketing support so he could focus on being a doctor rather than worrying about promotion.

My main concern was investing in marketing again, as I’d tried Facebook ads and other agencies before—some worked for a time, others didn’t, or the costs became too high. What stood out with you was the personal, transparent communication and the initial text campaign you ran, which generated 5-6 new patients. That trial built my trust and led me to move forward.

Since starting, we’ve seen real results. Last month, we had 18 new patients from Facebook ads, contributing to a total of 57 new patients (including referrals and other sources). The associate, starting from scratch, is already seeing over 40 patients per week, which exceeded my expectations. This growth has kept the clinic busier than ever, with record patient volumes.

The marketing has not only brought in new patients but also reactivated past ones who saw the ads and reached out. It’s been great to see the associate’s schedule fill so quickly, giving me confidence that I can start buying back my time and explore other revenue streams, like real estate. With this success, I’m already thinking about future investments and how to ensure long-term security, especially given the physical demands of chiropractic work.

What I appreciate most is your hands-on, personal approach. I’m able to work directly with you and Mark—not just handed off to a junior staffer. Your team handles lead calls and scheduling, which takes pressure off my staff. The added business resources and sales training have been a bonus, confirming that the systems I’ve built are solid and offering ideas I can apply right away.

To anyone considering working with you: I recommend sitting down and having the conversation. The value becomes clear in how personal and supportive you are. I’ve worked with multiple marketing companies before—some good, many not—but this has been my best experience by far.
