"Passive Resistance" was released in July of 1983 on Graham Parker's seventh studio album, The Real Macaw.

Just wanting to get out more videos for some of my favorite Graham Parker songs, and "Passive Resistance" is a track I really love from this album.

I have thought for several years what to do with a video interpretation of the track...and it's one of those for which a concept always eluded me. So this video isn't much (the long fades between the album cover art, Graham's photo and the Tiananmen Square Tank Man would have worked a bit better with adjustments to reduce the length of the fades?) really, just something to put behind a HQ FLAC version of the audio track....and hopefully a few people will enjoy the track as much as I do.
