This incredible, frame-off restored Buick is believed to be only one of 54 out of 2,865 cars built with Air Conditioning. It is believed to be one of if not the most highly optioned cars built with an original MSRP of $5,477.64 and documented by Sloan Museum including full decoding of original GM microfiche.
