In this video I show how to repair a Mala. A Mala which can be used as a tool for meditations to keep your mind focused.
Meditation reduces stress and enhances wisdom, patience and health.

Traditionally a Mala has 108, 54 or 27 beads on a silk or cotton strung with one large bead called Guru bead from which a tassel hangs.

The Mala in this video has white Howlite and Sterling Silver beads.
