Cloud Vs Weiss In Just Two Phases

Tips: There are many ways to defeat Weiss. But if you want to try my strategy, follow the points below.
*Equip Cloud with the Mythril Saber, Chain Bangle, Gotterdamerung
*In the weapons slot equip the following materia: elemental + ice, Parry, Skill Master, ATB Stagger, MP Up
*In the Armor slot equip the following materia: MP Up, Refocus, Magic Up, Magic Up
*Phase 1: You’ll want to have dodge/parry timing down. You can flip over Weiss when he performs “stab.” “Evisceration” and “crosswise cleave” cannot be blocked. Instead roll or parry away from him. He becomes pressured when he performs unblockable attacks and misses, so you’ll want to build up his pressure meter with focused thrust. Since I do not have a fury ring equipped, try to enter the berserk stage by holding down square in punisher mode. Time this near the end when he is staggered.
*Phase 2: Be sure to be in Berserk mode asap. Weiss doesn’t stay staggered long. When Cloud is berserk, his damage output goes up for both magic/physical attacks.
*Phase 3: Weiss does the same attacks in sequence. Memorize them. You can counter some of them but others will require you to move out of the way or avoid completely. “Mutilation” can be countered and doesn’t require you to move out of the way. “Azure Assault” can be countered but you’ll want to aerial out (parry) of the way.
*Rejuvenation Phase: Weiss’ pressure meter will recover slowly during this phase. Ice spells will work best here to build it up to stagger him.
