The Division 2, Part 11 (DCD Headquarters Raid)

Reports are coming in about civilians infected with Green Poison coming from the Disease Control Department Headquarters and heading towards Civilian Settlements to infect more civilians. The Outcasts are in control of the DCD Headquarters and are obviously behind it.

So, we go there, fight the Outcasts, gather intel in the lab they have in the building, and discover that Green Poison was being weaponized with blood samples from an asymptomatic carrier of Green Poison, which are stored in 2 vats filled with infected blood. But after destroying the vats, we soon realize that the samples came from the leader of the Outcasts; a woman named Emiline Shaw. And she seems to have a grudge on what's left of the US Government for some reason.

Once we defeat an Outcast commander named The Blade, footage of Emiline Shaw shows up, revealing her face while she has a man killed over organizing a quarantine zone somewhere in DC.
