DIY Lara Bars are a Vegan Trail "Energy Bar" Snack for vegan backpacking food plans. An easy recipe for a homemade modified Lara Bar to add to your vegan backpacking meal plan or plant based backpacking meal plan. Good for cold soak backpackers and stoveless backpackers. Important to note that they will taste better after sitting for a day. Add more or less of anything I put in, and make sure you experiment with your own ingredients. From beginning to end they take about 15 minutes to make.
