How to make Magnesium Oil and Magnesium Body Lotion

Making Magnesium Oil is so easy - all you need is some magnesium flakes and distilled water! I also show you how to make a creamy Magnesium Body Lotion / Cream.

Magnesium Oil (or brine)

1 cup magnesium flakes
1 cup purified water


Magnesium Rich Body Lotion

3 Tbsp shea butter
1/3 cup olive oil (or use other base body oils, like sweet almond or Tropic body oil)
50 drops of your favourite essential oils
1 cup magnesium oil
