The results section of your Feedbackly dashboard is where you will find in-depth analytics about every question you have published across all of your surveys. Like the feedback list which we covered in another video, your results can be filtered by date, channel, and survey. Each question type has a different way of displaying the analytics data because obviously the type of data varies depending on the type of question being asked.

In this video, we’ll go over the smiley question type and how its data is organized. We have the average customer satisfaction level, the amount of responses by channel, the average satisfaction level for the whole organization, and the amount of responses in the whole organization. Below that we have the total number of each of the 4 options that were selected, ranging from green smiley to the red smiley, and then below that we have this beautiful graph which displays your results by day. You can set the timeframe on the right to hourly, daily, by channel, by satisfaction level or showing each option as a percentage out of 100.

The results tab is the best place to get in depth insight about your feedback data. You can create a pdf report of your data by clicking on the green icon at the bottom right of the screen.
