📌 Ingredients: ✨

For the Beetroot, Oats & Masoor Dal Dosa Batter:

½ cup masoor dal (red lentils), soaked for 2–3 hours

½ cup oats or rolled oats

1 medium sized beetroot

1 tsp cumin seeds

A handful of coriander leaves

2 green chillies

1-inch ginger

Salt to taste

Water as needed

🥔 For the Aloo Masala Stuffing:

3 medium boiled potatoes, mashed

1 medium onion, chopped

1 tsp grated ginger

2 dried red chillies

2 green chillies, slit

8–10 curry leaves

1 tsp mustard seeds

1 tsp urad dal

1 tsp chana dal

2 tbsp roasted peanut

A pinch of asafoetida/hing

1 tsp sambar masala

½ tsp turmeric powder

2 tbsp oil

Salt to taste

½ tsp black pepper powder

¼ cup water
