Welcome back to my channel, where I share my fitness journey, workout routines, and tips to help you stay consistent and achieve your goals. In today’s vlog, I’m giving you a raw and unfiltered look into my day, focusing on my chest and tricep workout, meals, and some valuable insights I’ve learned along the way.

💪 What You’ll See in This Vlog:

✅ My Workout Routine:
Today, I tackled a chest and tricep workout, and I’ll break down each exercise, why I chose them, and how they benefit muscle growth.

Flat Bench Press: I focused on controlled reps and proper form to maximize chest engagement.

Incline Dumbbell Press: This helps target the upper chest for a more balanced look.

Cable Flys: Perfect for isolating the chest and getting that pump!

Tricep Dips: A killer exercise for building strong and defined triceps.

Overhead Tricep Extension: I used a dumbbell for this to really stretch and engage the triceps.

✅ Fitness Tips:
I’ll share some thoughts on tracking your workouts and why it’s so important. Tracking helps you stay consistent and measure progress, but there’s one downside: sometimes, in the rush to log an extra rep, we compromise on form or speed up our reps. Remember, quality over quantity! Focus on proper form and count your reps honestly.

✅ Meal Prep:
I’ll show you my post-workout meal, which includes 4 whole eggs, 260g rice, 60g beans, and 50g broccoli. This combination is packed with protein, carbs, and nutrients to support recovery and muscle growth.
