Battling the Elements - DEO TIBBA EXPEDITION (6001m) | Documentary Mountain Film |

In the May of 2023, a set of climbers from India set out in an expedition style to summit Deo Tibba, a peak in Himachal Pradesh. I happened to be one of them. This is our journey in a video format. Ravi Bhai and Jonu Bhai are no more, they passed away on Hanuman Tibba, a peak around Manali due to an avalanche. Ravi Bhai was the only provider for his family, while Jonu Bhai went away too young. Also note that Deo Tibba is not meant for novice mountaineers/trekkers. It is physically and mentally demanding. Don't just go by 6000m or 19000feet. If you are new into the mountaineering/trekking world but you seem inspired by this film, I would oblige you seek knowledge before heading into tough environments. Everyone can achieve big things; it starts out with baby steps.
